Learn when to say YES and how to say NO and take control of your life
Release any past that holds you back in setting boundaries
Learn practical ways to set boundaries
Value yourself and your space
Value others and their space
Take ownership and responsibility for your choices
Learn to protect yourself physically as well as emotionally
