Setting boundaries gives us the freedom to make our choices and also involves taking responsibility for those choices.

Boundaries Level 1 workshop:
Through this workshop you will:

  • Understand the meaning of boundaries

  • Learn when to say YES and how to say NO and take control of your life

  • Release any past that holds you back in setting boundaries

  • Learn practical ways to set boundaries

  • Value yourself and your space

  • Value others and their space

  • Take ownership and responsibility for your choices

  • Learn to protect yourself physically as well as emotionally
