Forgiveness is to Free yourself

Forgiveness is, to release the past, the pain and suffering, to let go, to heal and to be free.

When we don’t forgive, we live in the prison of self-righteous resentment.

After 27 years of imprisonment Nelson Mandela said “As I walked out the door toward the gate that would lead to my freedom, I knew if I didn’t leave my bitterness and hatred behind, I’d still be in prison”.

In this workshop, you will allow yourself to move into deep layers that hold you back into pain, access that pain and release it, so you are more open to forgiveness.

You will be skilfully guided through:

Awareness: become aware of the past pain.
Release: letting go of energy blocks.

Emotional and physical pain.
Voicing: express through words, sounds, movement.
Experience Freedom: dropping hate, guilt, shame and feel a sense of joyful liberation.

 

The workshop is highly interactive and will provide you with understanding & practical tools, and you will go home feeling joyful, free and empowered!
